1. Terms and Conditions
a. Access to and use of this website and the products and services available through this Website (collectively, the "Services") are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the "Terms of Service"). By using the Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, which may be updated, suspended or terminated by us without notice in the our absolute and unfettered discretion. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service.
b. You acknowledge that all products that you order through this website are intended for personal, domestic, non-commercial use only. If you are interested in commercial purchase, please contact our email@example.com
2. Pricing & Product Availability
a. All prices quoted or printed in any catalogue or price list or otherwise stated or given are subject to variation or withdrawal at our sole discretion at any time without prior notice..
b. Discounted or Sale items are only available at the lower price whilst stocks last and during the designated sale period.
c. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details and prices of products on the Millton Shop website are correct at the time of online publication. However, when ordering products or services through the Millton Shop website, please note that:
- the weights, dimensions and capacities shown on Millton Shop website are approximate only;
- whilst we try to display the colours of our products accurately on Millton Shop website, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery
- all items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the product(s) or service(s) you have ordered are not available and we may offer alternative product(s) or service(s) of equal or higher quality and value
- we reserve the right to correct any publishing errors on the website and cancel orders made at the incorrect price.
3. PROMO CODES
a. We may from time to time offer promotional codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this website. The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue. Eligibility may also be based on meeting a minimum spend requirement or being a member of the Millton shop VIP Program. When entered on the shopping cart page, the appropriate discount is deducted from the cart total or an offer, that is, a free gift with purchase, is applied.
b. Please note that some promo codes may have a restricted usage, and may not be combined with other promotions.

4. CHANGING YOUR ORDER
a. We will do our best to accommodate you should you wish to make a change to your Millton Shop order including substitution or addition of products, upgrading to Express Post, changing the delivery address or cancelling your order. This is possible only up until your order has been assigned to our warehouse team for collating and within a reasonable time. Please email email@example.com with the details of the change required.
b. If you amend or change your order you may find there are changes to your delivery timetable and / or the price you pay for the item (you will be charged the current selling price on the day you amend your order).
a. Please take care to ensure accuracy when entering the delivery address for your order; especially where orders are addressed to a gift recipient. Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect parcels once they have left our fulfilment centre. Where the shipping address differs from the billing address, please ensure permission is obtained for the disclosure of personal information under the Privacy Act for third party recipients.
b. Delivery times on the website relate to the delivery service and do not include dispatch time. Orders placed will leave the Millton Shop warehouse within 5 business days if stocks are available.
Delivery Within Hong Kong
c. After you placed your order and you successfully paid for it you will receive an email confirming your order and within 24/48 hours you will receive a follow up email with more information.
d. We offer 1 shipping method by SF Express:
- The parcel will arrive within 5 - 7 business days depending on where you live.
If you choose to have express or other registered mail service, we shall separately inform you the arrival time and procedure.
g. Delivery times quoted on our website refer to the time to deliver after the parcel has left our warehouse.
j. For delivery to company addresses or workplaces, the Company Name and Floor/Level must be included in the address details.
k. Please check the delivery address carefully, as parcels cannot be redirected once in transit.
l. Where an order is returned to us as unclaimed, refused or insufficiently addressed, we will contact you by email for further instruction. Please note that additional delivery charges will apply to have these orders resent.
m. We deliver to international addresses using an insured, tracked service or a budget airmail service.
n. The International Courier service will be provided by reliable service provider, and is traceable and insured; therefore orders will be replaced if lost or damaged en route. This service does not extend to delivery to International PO Boxes. A contact phone number for the recipient must be supplied for all International Courier orders.
o. Please note that the Airmail Service, is a non tracked, non refundable service. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost using this service.
p. Some international orders may require additional identification before being processed and may delay dispatch of your order. We reserve the right to request additional identification prior to processing orders originating outside Hong Kong.
q. Tax is not included in all international orders, however please be aware that your order may be subject to local Customs duties and local taxes in the country of destination. Please check with your local authority to ascertain applicable rates. Any additional charges must be borne by the recipient.
Additional Delivery Charges
On rare occasions, we reserve the right to adjust delivery costs for large orders or bulky items. You will be contacted and asked to accept these charges before your order is dispatched. You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch.
Where orders contain items that are 'ready to deliver' and items that need to be ordered from a supplier, we will send your order across two or more shipments, at your request. Please note that additional delivery charges will apply, even if the order contained a free shipping promo code. The additional delivery charge will be calculated on the sub total of the items being sent, and the delivery service chosen.
Additional delivery charges may apply where a parcel has been returned unclaimed, refused or insufficiently addressed and is resent at your request.
7. SECURE PAYMENTS
a. Your information is safe with us. At www.milltonhk.com we offer the best and most secure payment options for easy and safe shopping. We don't store any payment information.
b. Payment is taken at the point of dispatch, when all items in your order are confirmed as available. Where you nominate to partially fulfil your order the payment will also be partially split across the two shipments. All orders either partially or fully fulfilled will not be dispatched until payment has been received.
c. As there is sometimes a delay between placing your order and payment being taken, we appreciate that funds may not be available at the time your order is ready to be dispatched. Hong Kong customers will receive an email requesting another method of payment. Your items will be held aside for you for 5 business days, before the order is cancelled. International customers will receive an email advising that the order has been cancelled at the time the payment is declined.
d. By placing an order, you are offering to purchase items from us on and subject to the Terms of Service contained herein. The Millton Shop may accept or reject this offer at its discretion at any point up until the order is dispatched. For example but not limited to, if the payment method appears fraudulent or the items are being purchased in commercial quantities. We reserve the right to cancel the Customer Account and VIP membership.
9. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
a. You should examine the products on delivery and shall promptly (but in any event within 7 working days of delivery) notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org in writing , where relevant, of any apparent damage, defect or shortage. In the absence of such notification, we shall, to the extext permissible by law, be deemed conclusively to have properly performed its obligations under this Terms and conditions. Goods alleged to be damaged or defective must not be returned to us without our prior written permission.
b. Where the products are not of our own manufacture, we shall use reasonable endeavors to extend to you the benefit of any warranty or guarantee which may have been given to us by our supplier of the products.
c. This clause does not apply:
- to any defect in the products caused by you or any third party's act, default or misuse of the products or by failure to follow any instructions supplied with the products;
- if the products have been stored, handled or applied in a way likely to have caused the defect in the products;
- if the products have been subject to your authorized alteration, modification, repair or an additional manufacturing process; or
- if you make any further use of the products after giving notice of any defect.
d. we shall at our sole option, repair, replace or give credit for the price of the products found to be defective provided that you can present the original Millton Shop sales receipt.
e. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable for change of mind refund. Additional delivery charges will apply for exchanges.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
a. Clause 9 sets out our entire liability (including any liability for the acts or omissions of its employees, agents and sub-contractors) to you in respect of:
- any breach of these Terms and Conditions; and
- any representation, statement or tortious act or omission including negligence arising under or in connection with Terms and Conditions.
b. All warranties, conditions and other terms implied by statute or common law are, to the fullest extent permitted by law, excluded from this Terms and Conditions.
We welcome feedback and attend to all feedback and complaints promptly. You are invited to provide product reviews to assist other customers in their purchasing decisions. Product reviews will be moderated prior to publishing and may be edited or removed as per the Millton Online Terms and Conditions.
13. GOVERNING LAW and JURISDICITON
These Terms of Service are to be construed in accordance with the laws of HKSAR and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these Terms of Service, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of HKSAR.
14. Millton COPYRIGHT NOTICE
a. Millton Materials, including pages and online images, are protected by the Copyright Laws of HKSAR. All rights are reserved.
b. When you access the Millton you agree that you may retrieve the Millton's materials for information only. You may save a local copy or send it to your printer for your own personal use or in order to inform authorised and potential users about the millton materials. However, you may not make any charge for such use and any commercial exploitation is expressly prohibited.
15. NOTICE OF TRADEMARK
